Arizona Secretary of State · November 3, 2026
What Arizona Voters
Need to Know
Overview
Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes has been a trusted administrator of Arizona’s elections and partner to the business community. His opponent, State Representative Alexander Kolodin, is an election denier who has made a career wasting taxpayer dollars undermining Arizona’s elections, seeking to disenfranchise Arizona voters. Arizona deserves a Secretary of State who values transparency, accountability, and our constitutional rights.

The Facts

Right-wing extremist
Alexander Kolodin
- A radical election denier who’s been sanctioned by the Supreme Court, disciplined by the State Bar for ethical violations, and placed on an 18-month probation for professional misconduct.
- Tried to block certification of the presidential election and served as an attorney for the Cyber Ninjas, wasting millions of taxpayer dollars trying and failing to find election fraud.
- Put Prop 144 on the ballot that would effectively end vote-by-mail, making it harder for senior citizens, rural voters, and busy families to vote.
- Sponsored a bill to legalize “weapons of war” including pipe bombs and hand grenades.
- The only member of the state legislature to vote against a bill that would increase penalties for stolen valor.
- Called Sandra Day O’Connor a “mediocre jurist” and argued against a statue of her at the state capitol.

Trusted Elections Administrator
Adrian Fontes
- Adrian is a Marine veteran and former prosecutor who has served as Secretary of State for the last four years, where he’s enforced Arizona’s voter ID law, defended vote-by-mail, and battled partisan extremists who want to corrupt our elections.
- When the federal government illegally demanded private voter data, Adrian fought them in court and won. Fontes has proven we can trust him to stand up to both parties to defend free and fair elections.
- Adrian is endorsed by Republicans, Democrats, and Independents because he is a leader we can trust. He has a proven record of standing up to both parties to defend our right to vote, enforce our election laws, keep voters’ personal information private, and ensure every vote is counted.
- Adrian is the only candidate in the race with executive experience running Arizona elections at both the county and state levels.
- Adrian Fontes is helping Arizona businesses by cutting red tape and reducing wait times for critical services.
